We hire people based on their skills, attitude, and potential. There are five abilities that we look for in candidates:

AI:Develop AI tools, systems, or methods.
Software:Build and deploy scalable systems, not one-off scripts.
Problem solving:Solve complex problems without step-by-step guidance.
Communication:Communicate clearly and consistently at the highest standards.
Speed of learning:Become useful quickly in unfamiliar industries.

Our interviews consist of three stages: (i) a case study that assesses how you solve open ended problems, (ii) a whiteboard AI/ML interview that assess your understanding of how to design and debug AI models, and (iii) a take-home application development task that assess your ability to develop solutions independently.

What it's like to work here

Small teams. Hard problems. Formal attire. Occasional weekend and evening work. You'll have direct access to the founding partners and our senior clients. You will be expected to work independently to ensure the success of projects, but you will always receive guidance and support from the leadership team.
